We built Shop Cloud Pro for that shop. Where it comes from
Shop Cloud Pro wasn’t designed in a boardroom. It was built inside Jose L Repair, a working shop in the Bronx, alongside Sammy — the owner who ran his whole operation on paper tickets and memory for years. Every screen earned its place by surviving a real Tuesday: cars on the lifts, a customer at the counter, and payroll due Friday.
Sammy isn’t just our first customer — he’s the mind behind the system. If a feature didn’t make his day faster, it didn’t ship.
